Physician Liaison

We are looking for a Physician Liaison to be responsible for the sales and public relations of our dermatology practices. The Physician Liaison is the primary sales and marketing person responsible for building relationships between physicians' offices and our dermatologists to increase the number of patients referred to our facilities for treatment and care. The Physician Liaison will support and represent Clear Creek Dermatology, Longhorn Dermatology, and Stone Oak Dermatology, serving as the primary connection between referring physicians and our dermatology practices.

To be a successful in this role, an ideal candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. Must also be willing to travel to complete your duties.

Responsibilities:
• Surveying local primary and specialty physicians to increase the number of patient referrals to the healthcare system.
• Meeting with local physicians to promote our facility's services.
• Helping doctors to build and maintain relationships with specialists and surgeons to refer patients with confidence.
• Growing physician referrals and connecting our facility with the local healthcare community.
• Meeting with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, new treatments, and thanking them for existing referrals.
• Increasing high revenue procedures and surgeries.
• Reporting to the operation departments and ensuring you comply with the marketing goals and philosophies of our facility.
• Reporting on your progress in building referrals and managing practitioner relationships.
• Arranging and leading public relations campaigns and awareness efforts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. MBA or master's degree a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in a manager level role.
• Must have a strong brand development background preferably within the healthcare industry.
• A willingness to travel.
• Prior experience communicating with creative vendors, web developers, and agency partners.
• A team player who can build strong relationships both internally and externally while earning confidence of senior stakeholders within the business.
• Credibility and confidence to interact with senior leadership team.
