Practice Details
This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care with strong clinical infrastructure and excellent physician collaboration. You'll work in modern OB facilities with access to advanced surgical technology and a robust, multidisciplinary support network, including:
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine - Tri-State Perinatology
- Reproductive Endocrinology - Boston IVF at The Women's Hospital
- Urogynecology - Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation
- Gynecologic Oncology - The Women's Cancer Center
Whether you're building confidence as a new graduate or expanding your scope as an experienced OB/GYN, you'll have the support needed to practice high-quality medicine without feeling isolated or overwhelmed.
Compensation & Benefits
- First Year Guarantee of $500,000
- Beginning in Year 2, you will be eligible to earn productivity bonuses in addition to a base salary.
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $90,000 student loan repayment
- $2,000/month residency monthly stipend up to 24 months
- Opportunity to supervise APPs

- 5 days CME + $3,500 annual CME allowance
