Job Description

Provide evidence based comprehensive outpatient care for patients including preventative care testing, health examinations and treatment of medical conditions, to include follow-up and appropriate care of any problems detected regardless of the patient's payor source or ability to pay.

Education And Experience

Graduate from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy required. Board certification in Internal Medicine following the timeframe guidelines based upon your specialty as established in the delineation of privileges grants through the Medical Staff Office in Internal Medicine and/or Family Medicine, or actively practice and train in Internal Medicine if not eligible for Board certification. Current New York State medical license and Federal Drug Enforcement Administration registration certification.
