How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Lead and mentor your team through active coaching and hands-on training to foster a culture of professional growth.
  • Direct daily operations at the practice site to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient.
  • Drive team excellence by providing the consistent feedback and performance evaluations necessary for staff to succeed.
  • Collaborate on new services by participating in multidisciplinary committees to ensure clinical excellence during the rollout of new initiatives.
  • Guarantee patient safety by maintaining strict team compliance with all organizational policies and clinical protocols.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

CCMA or LPN preferred
