Responsibilities

Supervise assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the assigned practice site(s).

  • Supervise the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
  • Assist with performance evaluations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services.
  • Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
