Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist to join dedicated medical team. This is an independent contractor opportunity ideal for a physician passionate about patient-centered rehabilitation care and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Ability to obtain Tennessee medical licensure
• Must have completed one of the following:
  • PM&R residency
  • A rehabilitation fellowship (minimum one year)
  • One-year internship with at least two years of rehab-focused experience
