Summary

Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC/BE, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Primary Care Physician to join one of our Ormond Beach facilities. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, no weekends, call is light and by telephone only. Some of our larger multi-specialty hubs offer Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infusion Clinic, Lab, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Pharmacy, Ultrasound and X-ray all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome!

• Flexible 40-hour work week
• Limited call

Qualifications
• MD / DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Current Florida License
