*Job Duties:*

As an STNA in an LTC/SNF setting, your responsibilities will include:
* *Personal Care:* Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* *Mobility Assistance:* Help residents with mobility, including transferring, walking, and using wheelchairs.
* *Vital Signs Monitoring:* Check and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
* *Meal Assistance:* Support residents during meal times, including feeding those who need help.
* *Companionship:* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
* *Documentation:* Accurately document care provided and report any changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.
* *Health Monitoring:* Observe residents for any changes in health status and communicate these to the nursing team.
* *Environment Maintenance:* Ensure residents' rooms and common areas are clean and safe.

*Requirements:*
* *Licensure:* Must have an active Ohio STNA license.
* *Experience:* Minimum of 6 months of experience working as an STNA.
* *Commitment:* Ability to pick up at least 4 shifts per month to stay active.
