Job Description:
Product Manager, Pharmacy Overview of Position Product Managers at Change Healthcare collaborate with cross functional teams to drive the discovery, ideation, execution, and launch of enterprise software products that support the company’s mission to inspire a better healthcare system. We are looking for self-motivated product managers to help shape the healthcare communications industry and support solving healthcare's biggest challenges. Manages product features and oversee product roadmap initiatives. Solutions must meet a combination of internal and external customer requirements, aligning balance of the development goals and team assignments. Owns decision making within roadmap defining the success of products and meeting product milestones. Works with other pharmacy product teams and business resources to execute on strategy and roadmap. Works with R&D team members to execute on roadmap and product milestones. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Product OwnershipTranslates product strategy and roadmap into feature set or application plansUnderstands and manages dependencies with other teams.Accountable for specific objectives related to feature set or application (e.g., customers, user satisfaction)Creates Strategic roadmaps for products with Sr Product ManagerTakes Entrepreneurial direction to innovate into market within existing products and the opportunity for new productsAccountability for individual product milestones and success of deliverables Product OperationsOversee execution of roadmap initiatives, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategiesDecide best approach to meet objectives or solve problemsLeads product meetings (IRC, backlog grooming, etc.) CollaborationWorks with Customers and business partners to drive strategy and product successMonitors execution of work aligning to Product CAPX vs OPX budgetGain technical and business knowledge of entire Pharmacy Network Product PortfolioPartners with Sr Data Services Manager to meet internal Data Services Capabilities Leadership and EducationMotivate Team members to align with team processBuild Team Culture of fail forwardEducates team members on technical and business knowledge of entire Pharmacy Network Product Portfolio What are the requirements needed for this position?2 plus years of Product Manager ExperienceExperience in Retail Pharmacy or Specialty PharmacyBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Detail OrientedKnowledge in SaaS productsKnowledge in Agile development methodologyExperience using product/project management tools such as Aha!, Confluence, and JiraProduct passion, intellectual curiosity, confidence, and drive. Self-starter with strong leadership skills and a drive to succeedCustomer empathy, demonstrated ability to elicit underlying customer needs and distinguish from wants, design thinking experienceExcellent time management, organization and program management skills, and ability to focus on what is most importantExcellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
