Professional Development Coordinator
Under the supervision of the Director of Professional Development, the Professional Development Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and presenting trainings for new staff and current employees.
General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ability to train all orientation trainings
- Serve as a liaison between the professional development department (training and graduate studies) and other departments to coordinate training needs
- Coordinate yearly refresher training
- Monitor systems to ensure that staff have sufficient training hours to meet licensing requirements
- Responsible for scheduling all new hire training, and graduate courses
- Participate and train CALMĀ®
- Assist in the development and monitoring of a school wide professional development tracking system
- Assist in the interview and onboarding of interns
- Assist graduate school professors with technical support
Education/Experience:
- Pursuing master's degree in Behavior Analysis or Education, preferred
- CALM trainer certified
- Experience in staff training and supervision required
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
