Support our troops! Goverment contractor seeks psychiatric RNs for Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany for a 90-day assignment - (4) May/June/July or (4) July/Aug/Sep.
This is an employed position and includes round-trip flight, local lodging in the hospital community, and automobile to use in the hospital community while providing services. Health, dental, and vision benefits and 401k are available.
1) US Citizenship
3) Graduate of a school of professoinal nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed: ACEN or CCNE.
NOTE: Graduates of foreign schools of professional nursing, possession of current, full, active and unrestricted registartion wlil mee the requirement of graduation from an approved school of professional nursing, OR completion of coursework equivalent to a nursing degree in a MSN Bridge Program that qualifies for professional nursing registration constitutes the completion of an approved course of study of professoinal nursing, OR in case of graduates of foreign schools of professional nursing, possession of a current, full, active and unrestricted registration wlil meet the requirement for graduation from an approved school of professional nursing. A Certificate of Foreign Equivalency will need to be submited with transiprt in order to receive credit for that education.
4) Current, full, active and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia
a. Nurse 1, Level I - An associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing, with no additoinal nursing practice/experience required.
b. Nurse 1, Level II - An ADN or Diploma in Nursing and approximately 21 yer of nursing practice/expeirence; or an ADN or Diploma in Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in a related field with no additoinal nursing practice/experience; OR a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) with no additoinal nursing practice/experience.
c. Nurse I, Level III - An ADN or Diploma in Nursing and approximately 2-3 years of nursing practice/experience; OR an ADN or Diploma in Nursing and a BAchelor's degree in a related field and approximatley 1-2 years of nursing practice/experience; OR a BSN with approximately 1-2 years of nursing practice/experience; OR a Master's degree in nursing (MSD) ore lated field with a BSN and no additional nursing practice/experience.
d. Nurse II - a BSN with approx. 2-3 yrs of nursing practice/experience; OR ADN or Diploma in Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 2-3 year's exp. Additional information in SOW.
e. Nurse III - Master's degree in nursing or related field with BSN and approx. 2-3 year's of nursing practice/exp.; OR a Doctoral degree and approx. 2-3 year's of nursing practice/exp.
License/Registration: Must be current, active, good standing with no disciplinary actions. The license shall be examination based and one that is granted by the recognized licensing agency of a state in the US, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.
Experience: 1-2 years of Psychiatrict Nursing exp. preferred. BSN preferred.
