Position Type: Part Time 20-25 hours a week

Speech-Language Pathologist

Emerald Nursing and Rehab Columbus is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team-oriented and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality resident care
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident progress notes
• Educate residents, families, and staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP licensure
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
