FAR GROUP is seeking a Board Certified Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Certified Physician, The chosen applicant will receive free training with several benefits.

Note: Training classes are offered at the VA at no cost to the physician.

Job Type
Full/Time(On Site).

Operates Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Work Schedule: Physician shall be assigned to a daytime tour of 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Location: Sioux Falls VA Health Care system(Sioux Falls, SD).

• The physician shall be Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Pulmonary Disease and be currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalency.

• The physician shall provide copies of current CMEs as required or requested by the SFVAHCS. Contract physician (s) registered or certified by national/medical associations shall continue to meet the minimum standards for CME to remain current. The physician shall report CME hours to the credentialing office for tracking. These documents are required for both privileging and re-privileging.

• DEA - The physician shall provide a copy of the current DEA certificate in South Dakota where services will be provided under this contract.
