The Radiology Technologist will be responsible for providing age-specific care, education, and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team. They adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements, participate in Quality Control and Process Improvement activities, and maintain their own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.
This is a Full-Time (80 hours per pay period) Evening shift position and requires flexibility of schedule throughout the week, including weekends and call (could possibly float to days and graveyard) shifts. This position is located at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify.

Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:
Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
Must remain in original department/specialty
Must remain in original Job Title
Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Required Experience/Specialized Skills:
Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology.
Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Certification/Registration:
CRT
FLUORO ELIGIBLE (MUST OBTAIN FLUORO WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF HIRE DATE).
AHA BLS
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
1-2 years’ experience related to this position.
Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
