Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package, with documented first-year earnings exceeding $700,000. Quarterly RVU incentives are available, and the partnership track features no buy-in after one year. Additional financial benefits include $200,000 in student loan repayment and $25,000 paid relocation assistance. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, which includes six weeks of paid time off (PTO), a CME allowance, 401(k) plan, malpractice insurance, relocation assistance, and full coverage for licensure, professional dues, and subscriptions.
Position Highlights
Candidates will join an established practice composed of five breast imaging specialists in a NAPBC-certified, patient-centered environment. The role provides comprehensive support through collaboration with three breast surgeons, as well as medical and radiation oncologists and nurse navigators, ensuring continuity of care for patients. Advanced technology is integral to the practice, featuring 3T MRI, 3D mammography, and high-resolution ultrasound equipment.
