Radiology Operations Facilitator
- DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
- The Radiology Operations Facilitator will work with all personnel in the department to streamline workflow and practices for more efficient patient care. Assisting the technologists, radiologists and Imaging Support as needed. The Radiology Operations Facilitator will strive to maintain a high rating (9's and 10's) in delivering customer service.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
- Experience:
- Hospital experience in any capacity is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Basic Computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal Skills and team player attitude.
- Education and Training:
- High School Degree / GED
- License, Certification & Registration:
- None.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in busy office setting with exceptional customer service skills.
- Office Work experience preferred.
