Referral Coordinator Assistant

The Referral Coordinator Assistant supports the referral and admissions process by receiving, tracking, organizing, and communicating referral information from hospitals, physicians, case managers, payors, and other referral sources. This position assists the nurse liaisons and Admissions Team in ensuring timely processing of referrals, log documentation, and accurate data entry to facilitate patient admissions.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00/hr
