- Very low volume 14,000 (1 PPH on avg) 
-12 hour shifts (any consistency weekly or bimonthly is prioritized)
- BE/BC FM/IM/ER
- ND unrestricted license and DEA
- $$$
- I take care of 1099 competitive rate for compensation, travel and malpractice insurance.
