Regional Navigator
Job Summary
The Regional Outreach Navigator works closely with healthcare professionals to share information about Shannon's services, aiming to provide patients with the best possible experience throughout their care journey. This role supports both regional partners and patients by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. They assist patients at every stage of care and follow up with patients, providers, and partners to ensure all needs are addressed efficiently. Additionally, the navigator acts as a liaison between the health system and providers, patients, families, and the community, helping to deliver outstanding service and seamless continuity of care.
Qualifications
Education

- High School Diploma
- Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, marketing, communication, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Master's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, marketing, communication, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience:
