Status Exempt Summary The purpose of this position is to develop the skills and knowledge to become a successful District Sales Manager within KMA's structure. At the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, support all regional sales positions - Distribution, Dealer Development, and Marketing. Supports regional sales operations to assure KMA sales policies and procedure are understood and implmented by the dealer body. Major Responsibilities Priority 1st - 35% - Support Regional Sales Manager in Day to Day operations Priority 2nd - 30% - Support District Sales Managers in their achievement of objectives and daily tasks. Priority 3rd - 15% - Monitor retail and wholesale performance up to the regional level. Priority 4th - 15% - Support all regional sales positional – Distribution, Dealer Development, and Marketing. Priority 5th - 5% - Miscellaneous programs, projects and assignments as determined and requested by Regional Sales Manager. Education/Certification Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required Overall Experience 0-3 years’ work or internship experience required Directly Related Experience Knowledge of automotive manufacturers and/or distributors and their relationship with their dealers is a plus for Analyst assignment. Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail; personal organization skills PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point Project management experience; ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft software.
