Registered Nurse

Willis Knighton Health System is seeking a medical assistant to work in a fast-paced urology clinic. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, critical thinking and organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, dependability, process excellent communication skills, have a solid knowledge of computers, and have the initiative to work independently. We have a atmosphere of teamwork that we expect to continue with all new hires as you will work closely with the physician, managers, nursing and clerical staff as an integral component assisting with the daily operations of clinics. The RN will assist in clerical and nursing duties. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to giving excellent customer service, filing data entry, the ability to assist in setting up urology procedures, cystoscopy, vasectomy, urodynamics, installation of BCG , obtaining urine specimens, catherization. They will be assisting in infection control measures with disinfections of instruments and scopes. They will need to be knowledgeable in urology medications. Hospital and departmental orientations will be provided upon completion of the hiring process as well as training on our enterprise -wide practice management system, including health records. You will be required to work Monday through Fridays, 8:00 to 5:00 pm.
