Job title: Registered Nurse

Location: Butner, NC 27509

Shift- (12/8hrs)- 7am-7:30pm/ 7am-15:30pm, 

Night Shift time (12/8 Hrs) 7pm-7:30am/11pm-7:30am

Responsibility:

• Responsible for completion of shift assignments, medication administration, participation on treatment teams and all other required duties within the scope of the role and license.
• Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health
• Preparing patients for exams and treatment
• Administering medications and treatments, and then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
• Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plan.

Minimum Requirement:

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse
• BLS form American Heart Association
