Registered Nurse

Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Concord, NH.

Initial Duration: 26 weeks
Shift Hours:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5 shifts/week) 
• Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 shifts/week) 

Job Description:

• Perform physical and psychiatric assessments, including admissions
• Administer medications and process physician orders
• Monitor vital signs and test blood glucose levels
• Complete treatments and conduct pain assessments
• Change dressings and provide venipuncture services
• Manage the care environment (milieu)
• Use electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and clinical information
• Communicate findings verbally and in writing
• Respond to safety emergencies involving physical or emotional risks promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years psychiatric nursing experience required
• Comfortable working independently on the third shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as sole nurse without supervision
• BLS certification from AHA required at submission
• Orientation will be during day shift for 4 weeks
