REGISTERED NURSE

• DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
  
  
  • The staff nurse under the supervision of the Radiology Manager is responsible for the nursing care of patients assigned to him/her, and to direct others in patient care in the Radiology Department.
• QUALIFICATIONS
  
  
  • Professional/Educational
    
    
    • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
    • Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
    • Knowledge of nursing principles and procedures and techniques of good patient care.
    • Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
    • ACLS certified.
    • DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
  • Personal
    
    
    • Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct.
    • Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others.
    • Possesses a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty.
    • Ability to follow directions accurately.
    • Has the ability to work very closely with all employees, patients, nurses, physicians and other hospital employees.

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
