Job Details

- Contract: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift: Day Shift
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and nursing evaluations.
- Triage patients and communicate findings to providers.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments.
- Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
- Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
- Coordinate care with providers and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Active New York RN License
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Previous outpatient, clinic, primary care, or ambulatory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- EMR experience preferred
