REGISTERED NURSE - Behavioral Health - Inpatient, Sign On Bonus up to $10K
Sign on Bonus: RN (over 1 year of experience) up to $10k, Graduate Nurses (under 1 year of experience) up to $5k
Pathways A 16 bed In-Patient, Behavioral Health Unit, designated by the State to receive adult (age 18-64) voluntary and involuntary patients. Work with a Multi-disciplinary team, to help patients develop coping skills, assertiveness and self-esteem in a safe environment. Patients stay 5 to 14 days and return home to the community with follow up therapy and medication management
36 hours, nights and every other weekend, 7:00pm-7:30am
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Licensure: New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License.
Technical Certification: Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.
Professional Certification: Nurses are expected to pursue professional certification upon eligibility or within three years of entering the specialty practice.
Schedule: Weekend/holiday coverage based on individual unit needs. Personnel are expected to cover for absences by rotating, working extra shifts, or use of on-call as needed. Nursing personnel are assigned to one area upon employment but may be required to assume assignments in other areas to meet patient needs.
