Registered Nurse - ED

Duration: 13 weeks

Pay rate: $64 hr on W2

Start Date: 04/28/2025 to 07/26/2025

Scheduled Notes: Full Time Nights + EOW, Holiday + 2 on-call shifts per 4 weeks.

Float Pool role MUST be able to float between both GGH and SSMH locations

If taking 48-hour vs. 36-hour contract, no On Call required.

RNs 3x12 nights (7p-7a), EOW/Holiday rotations & 2 OC shifts per 4-weeks.

Cross-trained Candidates that can work in different units or specializations like Critical Care, Med-Surg, and Tele.
Required:

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• NIHSS (AHA or RQI certs only)

MUST BE COMFORTABLE FLOATING TO ICU/ER/MS/MST**
License: Minimum: Currently licensed by NYS as a registered professional nurse.
Other: Minimum: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the people in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.

Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic medical record

The staff member must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed by pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient group.

Bonus:

• The applicable total will be paid out to HCPs at the end of 20 weeks.
• If a traveler does NOT call out during their 20-week assignment, they will receive the full completion bonus (minimum $3,950 paid to traveler)
• If a traveler calls out once, they will receive $3,175.  
• If a traveler calls out twice, they will receive $2,380  
• Any traveler that calls out more than 2 times or calls out on a holiday or a scheduled weekend shift, candidate will not receive a completion bonus

For Travelers starting on April 28th and May 12th that do not want a 20-week contract, the client will offer the same $64, PR, but the traveler will not be eligible for a Bonus.
