Level of Care : Level II Trauma and Stroke Center, Emergency Care
Number of Beds: 27, increasing to 49 in 2022
Patient Population (Adult, Peds, Mixed): Mixed
RN Ratio (Days): 4:1
Shifts Available (8-hour, 12-hour):8 hr. and 12 hr.
Shift Times (7A, 7P, etc): 0700, 1100, 1500, 1900
Weekend Requirements:Every other weekend
Type of Staff Scheduling: self scheduling
Scrub/Uniform Color: Any color
Common Patient Diagnosis: Equipped to handle situations ranging from acute medical and surgical emergencies to other urgent illnesses and injuries. Level 2 Trauma Center, Regional Stroke and Stemi center
IV Pumps: Types: Alaris smart pump
Are Staff Required to Float? If so, where? NO
Patient Experience Challenges / Focus: No space for visitors, under construction next two years
Required Qualifications
Years of Experience: 2. NY License
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
2 years exp at minimum
Preferred Qualifications
Travel Experience
3 years exp
