Priority 2 transfers from the ICU requiring intermediate level care. New monitoring system with invasive monitoring capability. Can monitor Arterial pressures and central venous pressures. Patient population includes adult and pediatric surgical and vascular clients requiring close cardiac monitoring.Ratios: 1:3Skills Req: Cardiac Tele/Telemetry experience required; Post TAVR (Transcatheter aortic valve replacement) designated unit; Post CEA and Post femoral popliteal bypass patient population; Invasive line monitoring; Transvenous pacemaker/Chest tubes; Critical medication administration; Respiratory ventilation management; Interpretation of dysrhythmias; Management of dysrhythmiasYears of experience REQ: 2 YearsFirst-timers accepted: Yes - if experience requirements metWeekend REQ: Every other weekend requiredCerts REQ: BLS, ACLS; PALS (preferred, not required)Can be floated within scope if neededManager cannot guarantee blocked schedule requests100mi.
