Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, LD
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed); NRP(Copy Needed)
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
VT RN license or compact state lic
BLS, ACLS, NRP
# of beds, facility type, and EMR noted for every place of employment listed in the work history (going back 5 years)
EPIC Charting Experience within the last year
LD SCL and Reference within a year
RTO Upon Submission
