To qualify for this position, you must have a valid RN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience in telemetry or a similar acute care setting, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR). Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Recommended skills include experience with cardiac monitoring equipment, the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, and a patient-centered approach.
