Join our team as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) in Tacoma, WA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. To qualify for this RN-PICU position, you must have a valid RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are required. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is essential.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and experience in a high-acuity pediatric setting. Strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and excellent communication skills are highly recommended.
