RN PCU jobs in Youngstown, OH let you care for patients who are critically ill but stable enough to leave intensive care at the facility. You will monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status, administer medications and IV therapies, and document care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
To qualify, you need a current Ohio RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and at least 2 years of recent PCU or critical care experience.
Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, and the ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.
