Overview:
Our healthcare teams are seeking compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to support our nation's Veterans across multiple locations and specialty areas in Alabama, including inpatient, outpatient, acute care, critical care, clinic, geriatric, and psychiatric settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care within assigned specialty areas
• Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and contribute to individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as ordered
• Monitor patient progress and promptly communicate changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and ongoing healthcare needs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate quality patient care
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, acute care, critical care, clinic, geriatric, or psychiatric nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
