Pay Rate: $2141.66 - $2360.20
MS Tele RN for M5/McClure 5: Neurosurgical & surgical unit, minimum of every other weekend. Requirements: • Prior travel required • Must have large, teaching facility experience • A minimum of 2 years of unit experience is required • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS; NIHSS is required prior to start • Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday • No block schedules for any reason • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit • Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained • Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April Original Posted Date: 11/25/2024
