RRT/ CRT - NICU needed asap
*Must live an hour away from facility
Scrub Color: Hunter Green
Required Certifications: RRT, NRP, BLS, ACLS
MI RT license (must have in hand prior to start date)
Associate's Degree Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
CRT-Respiratory Therapist Certification - NBRC
CRT-Respiratory Therapist Registry - NBRC
CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - AHA
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC


Required Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: RT-MI
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed); RRT(Copy needed); ACLS(Copy needed); NRP(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
