Required Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RT-IA(Copy needed)
Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care; BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA; NRP-AHA; PALS-AHA
AND
Registered Respiratory Therapist, Pedi
Experience: 2 years
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
