Job DescriptionEvolve Healthcare Inc is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team! Detail Summary: * Up to $2,460/wk * 13-week assignment in Bethel, Alaska * Start date 03/14/2023 * M-F Days * 40-hour week * No holiday coverage required. * Hospital-based Outpatient clinic with 90% Outpatient 10% Inpatient. * Mainly orthopedic diagnoses seen but caseload can include neuro, general deconditioning, vestibular. * Main population seen 15-75 years old. Job description: Provides full-time physical therapy services to a diverse population of clients from pediatric to geriatric, across a wide spectrum of diagnoses and therapy needs. Will be one of four staff physical therapist serving a large area of western Alaska, primarily consisting of Alaskan Native Americans, from a hospital-based outpatient clinic. Position is primarily outpatient care with some inpatient care included. Requires frequent collaboration with medical providers and didactic skills due to Alaska's Direct Access privilege. Therapist adheres to Physical Therapist standards of care and practice along with JCAHO, OSHA, and Corporate Policies. Therapists applies age specific considerations and cultural diversity when rendering patient care.
