RESPIRATORY THERAPIST
- JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
- Job Summary:
- Assessment, modification, and delivery of respiratory therapy protocols to meet the needs of patients throughout the hospital.
- Education:
- Position requires completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
- Registration/Certification/Licensure:
- Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner License, RRT preferred
- Experience:
- Position requires 0-6 months related experience
- Other Requirements:
- Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
- Two or more years of experience in all aspects of cardiopulmonary services preferred.
- CPR required within 30 days of hire.
