POSITION DUTIES - Discharge Planning and Utilization Review

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - RN License 
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks 

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 40 hours, days 

SYSTEMS - Meditech, Midas
