POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license; • Inpatient CM Role
• Must have previous Kaiser Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license and passing VI - previous Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday; EOW ; 40 hours
