POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting- must be able to multi task and work efficiently. Must be open to floating to sister hospitals remotely from the facility as needed. 

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS license; passing VI

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday- 8:00-5:00; EOW ; holidays - no holiday PTO
