POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting; experience working with new mothers and diabetics. Manage OB postpartum hypertension patients. Call and collect blood pressure information, review providers, and titrate blood pressure medication if needed. Also assist with Diabetic patients
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday; EOW; 40 hours
