POSITION SUMMARY - RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES - Care Coordination / Continuum of Care / Patient Focus and Care Plans

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -RN License / BLS / Acute Care Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - Days - 830-5 / 40

START DATE - 1/7/2025

SYSTEMS - Meditech, Midas

Facility Location
A beautiful 150 acre Botanical Garden represents Florida’s extensive native and tropical plants and has amazed all those who go visit the garden. If you like sculptures, for a small fee, you won’t want to miss the “Gulf Coast Museum of Art” which is home to contemporary artists featuring crafts and collections of works of art from local artists. Largo, which is part of Pinellas County, is also close to Indian Rocks Beach and Pinewood Cultural Park.
