POSITION DUTIES outpatient care manager, discharge planning
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS; CA license and passing VI; previous Kaiser experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 5 plus year's experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday; EOW ; 40 hours
