POSITION SUMMARY - RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES - Utilization review and discharge planning 

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 2 years recent hospital Case Management experience, RN license, AHA BLS

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 Weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - Monday - Friday 8:00a-4:30p

SYSTEMS - Meditech, Midas

START DATE - 12/23/2024
