POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS OR and WA license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS previous Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 8 hour shifts; 6:00-2:00 PM Monday-Friday; EOW; 40 hours
