RN Case Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS: Inpatient/Acute Care Experience (minimum, current 12-months) is required. EPIC experience required
#OF WEEKS: 13 Weeks
SHIFT/HOURS: Varied - starts at 8am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required.
EXPECTED HOURS: 40
LICENSE/CREDENTIALS REQ: Active NM or compact license BLS certification required
SYSTEMS: EPIC
