Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) for a Day Shift contract position in Mission Viejo, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute medical care management and demonstrated expertise in care coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered transitions of care. This position requires the ability to float to the Laguna facility as needed.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Required

Licenses/Certifications:

• RN CA license required 
• BLS-AHA Required
• ACLS-AHA Required
