RN Charge

The Stepdown Charge RN oversees and guides nursing staff, ensuring proper staffing levels and efficient workflow are maintained in the unit. Serves as a resource for the unit and the liaison between nursing and administration. Fosters a positive work environment and promotes teamwork and positivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two years of Stepdown or Critical Care experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in medication administration and medical equipment management is required.
